Gaduation Card

Sorry it has been so long...I promise to be better at these updates now...
with summer winding down...
kids preparing to go back to school...

I wanted to share a graduation card that I made special for our
neighbor that graduated from Fairport back in June...

For the card I used a Papetrey Ink set called
"For The Graduate".
I used the coordinating dies for the set and personalized the
card in our school colors.

Next up is the envelope....I want you to know that I do not
normally go all out on my envelopes like this, but I figured it
was a very special occasion for our neighbor and he deserved it...

I hope you have enjoyed my creation and I will see you back her soon...

Have a great day!
Jennifer

Daisy Baby Afghan

Hello Everyone!!!
It's been a little bit since I have been on here, but I wanted to share
a new project that I just finished...

The pattern for this can be found at
It was really sweet and looked very interesting so I gave it a try.
I wanted to make it to take to the craft show that I will be
a vendor in on November 22nd at our local school.

I  love the colors I used...Magenta, Pink, Olive Green and White.

It took me 17.25 hours from start to finish....I thought that was not too bad for the work involved
with it....I hope that who ever buys it will take care of it and have it for a family heirloom.

I used the Vanna's Choice yarn which I really had not used before and I like it.
It is a nice weight and durable.

I will keep posting new items as I get them done.

Thanks for stopping by and Have a great day!
Jennifer

The Newest Member of our Family

Today I picked up the newest member of our family
from Chittenango, NY.

She is a Chocolate Seal Point Mitted Ragdoll.
She will keep her Blue Eyes.

We named her "LACEY"

This is her Daddy...

This is her Mommy

This was her Mommy saying Goodbye when I was ready to take her home.

This was Lacey after we were home for a little bit and her and Champ were acquainted.

Come meet Lacy soon!!!

Kaisercraft - Tea Break Collection Album

Thought I would share a new album I made with all of you.
I love these albums and all of the space they offer
for you to add everything from photos to memorabilia.

The inside cover holds 3 decorated tags...

Each page on the inside has a pocket on the back of it...

Then each page has a fold out page...for even more space

Back inside cover has tiny pockets that hold embellished tags...

Each page is made out of a paper bag that has the opening on top
and holds an additional page that is capable of holding a photo on the
front and back of it...and journaling.

This album is for sale on Ebay if anyone is interested....click on the link below...

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to look.
Have a great day!

A Day To Remember

Today was a day to remember....

My dear Sister-in-law Dawn would have been 51 today!

Happy Birthday Dawn!!!
Not a day goes by that we have not thought about you...you are missed.

So my Mother-in-law and I went to her favorite spot that she loved
to be at in the summer months and enjoy the view...
The Canandaigua Inn on the Lake.

We took down 6 of the beautiful Tye Dye Roses that I had turned Dawn onto
when Wegmans starting carrying them a few years ago.

I think they are just beautiful....

We dropped them into the water in honor of her birthday while
it rained..tears from heaven...at least that is what I would like to believe...

We went in and had lunch and it stopped raining shortly afterwards...
So even though she is not here with us physically I think she was out at the water with us
when we dropped them.

Thinking of you today and always Dawn....

Meet sweet "Sophia"

I wanted to share with you pictures of
sweet little "Sophia" she is a sculpt that
I ordered from the UK as that is the only place that she is
available...no US distributors for her.

I made her a few weeks back and have just now had the chance to get
her up on my blog. She weighs in at 2 lbs. and 13 oz.
I made a custom body for her that fits her perfectly.
She is just 16" long making her a sweet little preemie.

I will have a hard time letting her go as rooting her hair was a very lengthy
process....a whole weekend!!!
But well worth the final results.

Is the hat and booties, not the cutest little set ????

She has the little baby bulge belly like a real newborn...

I had to sew her the dress she is wearing because I could not find a dress
in her size....she wears preemie sized clothing.

Have a wonderful day!
